Product Information

STOCKED - These products are stocked ready to ship.

ON-DEMAND/MADE TO ORDER- These products are not stocked, and are printed/manufactured after order is received. 

PERSONALIZED- These products are produced ON-DEMAND and can be personalized with names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. 

 

Turnaround Times - Information below does not include weekends or holidays.

STOCKED - Normally ships within 2-3 business days 

ON-DEMAND - Normally ships within 5-7 business days 

PERSONALIZED - Normally ship within 5-7 business days after artwork proofs are approved. 

 

Order Cutoff Times

8 A.M. Pacific Standard Time. 

 

Artwork Approvals

Proofs for personalized products will normally be sent within 24-48 hours. Orders will not be moved into production unless artwork is approved. 

 

Invoices and Payment Links

Invoices and payment links will be emailed to the email associated with the account on file. 

 

Order Cancellation

For personalized products, orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed into production. 

Stocked product orders can be cancelled as long as the product has not been packed and prepared for shipment. Please refer to the return policy below for

 

Shipping Disclaimer

Please ensure you photograph each box before and after opening the packages. This documentation is crucial for helping us filing claims, and replacement in the event of missing or damaged items.
Note: Requests for replacements due to missing items must be made within one week of receiving the package. 

 

Return Policy

ON-DEMAND and MADE TO ORDER - Because these items are not stocked and are made to order we cannot accept returns on these items. 

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Returns on stocked products are accepted as long as products are in new/unused condition and shipped back within 2 weeks from receipt of the products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping pickup arrangements.

Refunds will be provided after products are received and inspected.

Grand Opening Kits are non-refundable non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless products in the kit are defective.

If the product is defective, broken or sent incorrectly, returns will be accepted with no restocking fees Shipping labels and pickup will be arranged by our customer support team.
